Jeff was awarded in 2021 and 2022 ICON Status at eXp Realty for achieving exceptional sales volume and exemplifying eXp Realty’s core values (Top 3% out of 87,000 agents). Jeff was also named in eXp Realty’s 2022 Top 50 Agents of the Nation list. Matheson Group Realty was also recognized in the top 1 percent for volume and units sold by the Ottawa Real Estate Board. Jeff has also 15 years of experience as a successful investor in Ottawa real estate. He has learned firsthand how to navigate the waters of investment properties, including AirBnB properties, and has a strong grasp of the Ottawa real estate market.
